ENEA 2022 meeting has just come to an end! It was a real success for young neuroendocrinologists: they sent 119 abstracts, we had 2 EYRC poster sessions, one EYRC oral communication session, and one EYRC symposium. Not to mention the networking events that were appreciated by both young and established investigators, and the five prizes we awarded for the best clinical and basic oral communications and posters! The winners of this year’s edition are: Cihan Atila from Switzerland, Fanny Chasseloup from France, Mirela Ilie from France, Sophie Monnerat from Switzerland, and Michel Pilot from Germany.
Young neuroendocrinologists, we hope you have enjoyed as much as we did the ENEA 2022 Congress and that you will join us in Munich for the ENEA 2023 Workshop! Dr Pedro Marques, our EYRC board member from Portugal, is already preparing an exciting program for you!
In other news, EYRC is renewing! We have a new coordinator – Dr. Giampaolo Trivellin from Italy, a new ENEA ExCo representative – Dr. Mirela Ilie from France, as well as 3 new committee members: Dr. Antonio Fuentes-Fayos from US/Spain, Dr. Sabrina Chiloiro from Italy, and Dr. Mario Detomas from Germany. In 2023, 2 additional members will expire, so keep an eye out for our call for new members! And, of course, be sure to follow us on Twitter (@ENEA_Young) and on Facebook (Eyrc Enea)!
Dr. Mirela Ilie, EYRC board member and ENEA ExCo representative
